During what hours is the Town Hall open?

Generally the Town Hall is not regularly staffed. It is open during pubic meetings or special events. Beginning July 1, 2020 the Town Hall will be open the First Tuesday of the month 1:00-4:00pm and the Third Wednesday of the month: 9:00-noon.

How do I get a Building Permit?

Follow the information contained in the official ordinances found under  Building Permit . Follow the procedures carefully so as not to delay your project.


Do I need a building permit to replace an existing roof?

No. Unless there are changes to the existing building, a permit is not required in Nininger Township for windows, roofs, siding, water heaters, plumbing or for a furnace. Check with Inspectron, the township Building Inspector, and make sure to follow instructions carefully.
