Our Approach

The Town Board of Directors is elected by the peopleof Nininger Township to conduct the legal business of the township. The Board members are elected in March for staggered terms so all are not changed at one time. The Board is responsible for passing ordinances (local laws) developing an annual budget, levee local taxes, insuring the township roads and building within the township are conducted in an orderly fashion.

The Annual Meeting is held in March, usually after the local election. At this time the people have an opportunity to provide input into the annual budget, etc. Residents are highly encouraged to attend and participate.

The monthly meeting is normally held on the third Tuesday of the month at 7 P.M at the Town Hall. Wifi is available.
